Stephen Brian Else, a director of Manorial Title Register Limited, signed this declaration on 11 March 2024. It states the company’s account of the manor’s history, asserts that the company owned the possessory title, and expresses the signer’s belief that there was no living heir to the historical manorial title.

Current research has identified plausible Lee-Warner successors after the nineteenth century and treats the disposition after Major Chandos Brydges Lee-Warner’s death in 1944 as an open question.
